Professional Experience / Executive Summary:- Project Contracts Manager on various types of projects totalling in excess of US$ 20B regionally since 1995 including but not limited to Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Responsibilities include Commercial, Contractual, Legal, Arbitration, Surveying / Cost Engineering, Planning, Construction Management and major material procurement with authority level up to SGD 3M. Projects undertaken include Oil & Gas / Petro-Chemicals, Power, Pharmaceutical, MRT (Railways), Airports, Elevated Roads, Bridges and Commercial / Industrial Buildings Managing Client interfaces relative to the Project, including all aspects of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Management (EPCM) on major projects including but not limited to Civil, Building Services, Mechanical / Electrical / BOP, Procurement of Equipment and Turnkey Projects, including overseeing / managing teams of Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineers, Cost Engineers and Quantity Surveyors.
